

The
LPS Electronics Repair Department services internal phone lines, intercom
systems, television lines, projectors, audio-visual components and delivers
and sets up PA systems for LPS functions.

Repair
requests can be made through our electronic work order system on our
local intranet network. This system allows the tracking of progress
and status of the repair request by the submitter.
Repairs
are completed in turn according to priority, date submitted and project
needs.

Certain
components of televisions, VCRs, stereos and proprietary closed-circuit
telephone/video AV systems require the outsourcing of the project to
the responsible third party or contract holder.
In
such instances, the Instructional Media / Technology Center will submit
the request or direct the proper authorities to the source of technical
support.
